Terms of Leaving
This policy applies to all Ultimate Cheer athletes including competitive athletes, non-competitive athletes and those enrolled in our jumps and flexibility and tumble classes. Please read through the Terms of Leaving policy carefully to ensure you know the process if you’d like to withdraw from classes.
When athletes sign up to our classes, we ask all athletes to provide a season long commitment. We do understand that circumstances may change and athletes may need to withdraw from our program. The process for withdrawing from teams/classes is outlined below:
- Email hello@ultimate-cheer.co.uk to inform us of which team/class you would like to withdraw from and why.
- All athletes are required to give 1 month’s notice when withdrawing from a team or class. This will begin from the date you submit your withdrawal email.
- Athletes can attend their team/class until the end of their notice period (e.g if you submit your withdrawal email on 15th January, your notice period will end on 15th February and you will be able to attend classes until 15th February.)
- Athletes will be required to pay all fees requested during their month’s notice. For example, if an athlete requests to withdraw from their team/class on 25th January, their notice period will end on 25th February and they will therefore be required to pay their monthly fees on 15th February.
- Our fees are a yearly fee split into equal payments, they do not reflect how many sessions per month so the full monthly fee will be requested during the notice period.
- All fees paid up until that point are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, Annual Membership, Competition Fees, Choreography Fees and Uniform fees.
If you have any questions, you must submit them to hello@ultimate-cheer.co.uk. Competitive athletes should also inform their team coaches about their withdrawal but their withdrawal will not be processed until it has been received by hello@ultimate-cheer.co.uk.
